Submit your question prior to the Annual Meeting

Cambrian members will have the opportunity to ask questions during the Annual Meeting using the interactive features of our virtual meeting platform.

Back this year, Cambrian members also have the option of submitting their questions in advance of the Annual Meeting, using the field below.

Eligible questions submitted by confirmed Cambrian members will be addressed during the Annual Meeting. Questions related to the business of the credit union are welcomed and encouraged.

Questions received prior to the meeting may be:

  • paraphrased or edited for clarity, and/or
  • grouped with the same or similar questions submitted by other Cambrian members.

Cambrian will NOT address at the Annual Meeting any question that:

  • does not relate to the legitimate business of Cambrian Credit Union,
  • relates to a personal issue or complaint (which will instead be re-directed to management),
  • has been submitted primarily for the purpose of promoting general economic, political, racial, religious, social or similar causes,
  • contains confidential or personal information about an individual or person that is not the member asking the question.

By submitting a question using the form below, you consent to:

  • the publication of your question and your name (using your first initial and full surname) during the Annual Meeting on April 15, 2025, and in the meeting minutes, as the member that asked the question, should Cambrian decide to publish the question, and,
  • Cambrian management contacting you, if deemed necessary by Cambrian, to discuss your question or any related matter prior to the Annual Meeting.
